The Arts Society Worcester - Covid and us. Updated December 2021.

21 Jun 2020

From the start of Covid-19 problems in early 2020, we could not hold our regular physical meetings. Instead, we moved our scheduled lectures online. This was a successful and popular move, with many society members viewing this content. Online tours and walks temporarily took the place of visits and we also now produce our own short Zoom presentations of local interest, "With an Expert".

In Autumn 2021 we started our lecture programme for the 2021 to 2022 season, details can be found in the Future Lectures section of our website.  We are returning to physical meetings with an online option (via Zoom) for those who are still cautious or shielding.

Clearly in the current situation, with the highly transmissable Omicron variant now ascendent, we shall be reviewing physical meetings on a month by month basis. Lectures will continue on Zoom regardless!
