Lunch before Lectures

The Masonic Hall is pleased to offer members of The Arts Society North Lincolnshire lunch before the lecture each month.

The proposed timings are Doors Open at 12.00 to dine at 12.30pm followed by the lecture at 1.30pm.

The offer is for table service for a sit down meal, not as a buffet as we had before. For societies like ours they offer two menu choices the month before the meeting for the members to vote on their single preference for the next meeting.

YOU WILL HAVE TO PRE-BOOK AND PAY FOR THE MEAL DIRECTLY TO THE MASONIC HALL PLEASE.

So the procedure is that individual members will be notified of the menu by email the week before the lecture and need to book a meal directly with the venue and pay for it BY NOON ON THE THURSDAY BEFORE each meeting. Cancellations will be accepted for extenuating circumstances and refunded but no shows must be paid for.

The price is for a one course lunch including tea or coffee and the price will be determined once the menu has been selected.

Tea or coffee is available for members not taking lunch at a cost of £2.00 and does not need to be pre booked.
